We understand that the thought of trying yoga seems intimidating. Especially if you have gotten stiff, gained weight, or become stagnant in your life. We often associate ourselves with our outer self-image so much that we believe that yoga is not for us. Your excuses are exactly why you should try yoga.  A private session will give you the time and explanation to learn the poses within YOUR body. It will give you the time to ask questions, find what works for you and make you accountable to your goals. We understand any and all reasons for private classes and will also accommodate any Covid safety requirements you might have.  Our mission is to meet you where you are, and move you forward.

Over the last 7 years, using the yoga toolset, we have helped people move through chronic pain, trauma, grief/loss, addiction, cancer, anxiety, depression, weight gain and many of the struggles that come with "life".  You can work through these and truly find peace if you are willing to show up for yourself and do the work. 

Photo: Cally did her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and has witnessed over 5000 bodies in her yoga classes over the years.  She completed a 300 hour Yoga Therapy training program in 2019 through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy using yoga concepts to help people heal their wounds.  She loves yoga and working within the yoga philosophy to help all people.   

All of our instructors may be available for privates.  Message us for instructor preference and availability. 


$50/hour for 1st Session! 

$75/hour after or $65 for 45 minutes.
