*New this Fall: To get in the hours we need and to break up your weekends a little more, we are trying something new.  Our schedule will now consist of one Saturday and one Sunday a month from 10:00- 5:00 pm.

Then, we will meet two Wednesday nights a month from 6:00-9:00 pm

** Please know we are always willing to work with you on days/weekends you need to miss.  Reach out to us if you have any questions before you assume your schedule won’t work with us!

200 Hour B-1 Yoga Teacher Training


B-1 Yoga is recognized as a Registered Yoga School (RYS) by the Yoga Alliance.  


Whether you are looking to teach yoga, deepen your understanding of yoga, improve your own personal practice, or maybe transform yourself personally, teacher training is the perfect stepping stone. Our 200-hour program specializes in the physical science and anatomy behind modern yoga and how to deliver safe and effective yoga to all. We also provide you with a full understanding of the ancient practice and philosophy behind yoga.

In the process, this program will allow you to discover your inner power and challenge yourself in ways you have never been challenged. Some will find themselves full time or part time yoga instructors, while others might apply yoga practices to different aspects of their family life, work life, or everyday experiences.. This is a foundation of knowledge and information as well as a potential journey to personal growth and spiritual change.

B-1 Power Yoga YTT Highlights
