Are you ready to embark on a journey of personal transformation, deepen your yoga practice, and discover how it can truly enrich every part of your life? Our 100-hour training is designed to help you grow, on and off the mat, whether or not teaching is your end goal.

Last year’s theme, Community & Connection, created such a meaningful impact; not only within our cohort, but throughout our entire community, that we’re carrying it forward into this year’s training.

This theme invites you to explore how your practice can become a powerful tool not just for your own evolution, but also for uplifting and supporting those around you.

Once a month, you’ll gather with your community of peers for a weekend dedicated to profound growth.

Each morning, our 100-hour and 200-hour participants come together for immersive sessions in:

  • Posture Clinics

  • Yoga Philosophy

  • Types of Yoga

  • Book Study and Group Discussion

After lunch, 100-hour participants are dismissed for the day, while 200-hour students stay for the afternoon sessions.

Testimonials

  • “The B1 Yoga community is like a hug. You walk into a studio and you get a hug, every single time, and you leave with a smile on your face. To be able to teach people that…I just hope I can do that for the rest of my life. I truly do.”

    - Austin Scott

  • “Honestly you are going to love spending your weekends and hours learning more, despite the work, which is not that much. Life is busy, but I actually wanted to come to it. It was a break from the day to day.”

    - Megan Stecklein

  • “When I really started going to and committing to yoga, I noticed it was the only time I got my mind to shut off and just focus on myself. That was huge for my mind, body, and soul.”

    -Holly Trebian

  • “You never know what you are going to get out of the 200 hour. Everyone tells you that it will forever change you, but you have to experience it for yourself. I went in not thinking I even wanted to teach adult yoga and I now own B1!!! Enjoy the journey. It’s an investment that keeps on giving YOU back.”
