We following the state recommendations for opening under gyms and are officially open for classes in the studio starting Monday May 18th! We will also be offering our regular Zoom classes and hopefully one outdoor class per week. Just check out schedule on MINDBODY for our Virtual Zoom and @Studio classes.
If you decide to practice at the studio here are our guidelines:
Please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before the scheduled class time and maintain appropriate social distancing.
We are asking that you bring your own equipment including blocks and straps. We do have these available for purchase at the studio.
There are limited spaces in the studio so you must sign up on Mindbody to reserve your spot and if you cannot make it please cancel your reservation. EVERY space is very important to us.
Use disinfectant to clean any used props.
Wash hands after class with sanitizer by the door.
Please do not enter if you are experiencing any COVID-19 Symptoms.

New Cancellation Policy
Due to the COVID-19 safety precautions, our spaces at the studio have been limited to 12 people. We are also mindful of limited space at The Smokestack. To be fair to all of our students, we will now have a 6 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class, we ask that it is done at least 6 hours before the class start time. No shows or late cancels (within 6 hours of class) will be charged a $7 fee. We are sorry about this inconvenience and wish we didn't have to enforce this policy. However at your convenience, using the Mindbody app on your phone is the best way to cancel or add yourself to a class at anytime.
Cancellation policy does not apply to Virtual Zoom Classes.

Your age and flexibility doesn’t matter at B-1 Yoga. We offer classes to get you breathing, moving, and sweating at all levels. We take pride in the fact that most of our members had no prior yoga experience when they walked in the door. We have also moved beginners to seasoned yogis even to the next level of trained instructors.
Yoga is about you, the effort you put into it and finding joy in the changes. Many come to become more flexible but find strength and happiness in ways they never expected.
