Simple Rental Pricing 

✨ Base Rate

  • $100/hour

  • Only $50 an hour after 5 hours!

EVENT SPACE Availability

Friday 5:30 PM – Sunday 10:00 PM

Required Cleaning Deposit (non-negotiable)

  • $150 refundable cleaning deposit

  • Collected at booking

  • Returned within 48–72 hours if space is left as agreed

Renters agree to:

  • Use provided door code for side entrance

  • Bring their own food & beverages unless arranged

  • Remove all personal items, food, and trash

  • Leave space clean / surfaces wiped

  • Report any spills, damage, or breakage immediately

What renters are responsible for

If extra cleaning or damage occurs:

  • Deposit is partially or fully retained

  • Additional charges may apply

Alcohol & Drinks

  • 1️⃣ DIY event

    • You can bring their own food & drinks

    • No involvement from us beyond space rental

  • 2️⃣ Option to Hire ReveLuna for drinks

    • Separate menu / pricing

    • Optional add-on

    • Scheduled in advance

  • 3️⃣ Outside party planner

    • Allowed

    • Planner pays the same rental price

Final notes

  • Capacity limit

    Under 50 people. We have one bathroom in the event space and if ReveLuna is open, we have a second bathroom

  • Noise / neighbor respect

    There are tenants here so we do need to be mindful of our music and how late into the night we go. Any questions or clarity on this can be discussed as we book the events.

  • Booking minimum

    • 2-hour minimum on weekends

    • Rental time must include setup and cleanup.

  • Amenities

    Our space includes tables and chairs for your use. You’re welcome to bring in additional seating or décor to make it your own, with all decorations managed by the renter. We also offer a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, sink, and microwave for added convenience.
